We are looking for someone who speaks fluent Dutch.

Your mission

• Design and expand our online architecture;
• Design, implement, integrate and maintain new services and APIs;
• Improve our existing back-end services;
• Grow and broaden your own expertise;
• Grow and broaden our technological environment;
• Design and expand our online architecture;
• Implement complex data integrations.

Your skills

• You enjoy programming;
• You have experience with cloud computing processes and concepts related to our data platform;
• You will design and supplement data processing processes within our platform;
• You are familiar with Google Cloud;
• You can interconnect various systems within our platform;
• You are proficient in Python 3 and have experience in medium to large web projects in high traffic environments;
• You are interested in complex algorithmic solutions;
• You enjoy helping your colleagues improve their programming skills;
• You’re familiar with Shell;
• You are familiar with data modelling, databases, preferably MongoDB, Biq Query and PostgreSQL;
• You have experience in building and integrating REST APIs;
• You care about the product you build and you help the people who use it: user-friendliness, robustness and business value;
• You enjoy working as part of a team;

Bonus points

• You have experience with machine learning;
• You have experience with e-commerce and search platforms such as DemandWare, Magento, ATG, Apache Lucene/Solr;
• You are familiar with Google Analytics;
• You have previously designed and improved a scalable system;
• You are familiar with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Stackdriver;
• You have experience in front-end development.
